LAUBADE FLOC DE GASCOGNE ROSÉ
Floc de Gascogne is not an Armagnac but a mistelle: approximately two thirds fresh, unfermented grape must and one third young Armagnac. The alcohol arrests fermentation, leaving the natural grape sugars intact. It reaches between 16 and 18% vol. and is best served well chilled, as an aperitif. It has held AOC status since 1990. Discover the Floc de Gascogne Rosé from the prestigious Château de Laubade, crafted from a blend of fresh grape juice and Armagnac.
Serve with as an aperitif, well chilled, with foie gras or melon
