Monluc Pousse Rapière 35 cl 20 %

Pousse Rapière is an Armagnac liqueur flavoured with oranges and spices, created in 1963 at Château de Monluc, its recipe remaining a closely guarded secret. In 1980, the house released two lighter versions of the original; this one, at 20% vol., is the Light edition. The 35 cl format makes it easy to discover without commitment. Monluc suggests serving it as a Gascon Spritz: one measure of Pousse Rapière to seven of Vin Sauvage, the house sparkling wine, topped with sparkling water. A light aperitif, perfect for a summer terrace or an informal dinner.
