Monluc Pousse Rapière Lemon 70 cl 17%

Château de Monluc calls it 'the Gascon Limoncello': this lemon Pousse Rapière follows the path of Italian liqueurs, but with an Armagnac base. It comes in at 17% vol. and is best served very cold, over ice, as a summer digestif, or as a cocktail lengthened with a dry sparkling wine. It completes the orange versions, born from the recipe created by René Lassus in 1963. A 70 cl bottle to keep in the refrigerator for warm evenings, or to set out on the table at a drinks-and-nibbles gathering.
