Monluc Pousse Rapière 70 cl 24 %

At Saint-Puy, the Lassus family created Pousse Rapière in 1963; the Classic edition at 24% vol. dates from 1980 and serves as the base for the house's iconic cocktail. The liqueur, made from armagnac, is flavoured with oranges and spices, and its recipe has been kept secret for over sixty years. For the cocktail, use one part to seven parts of Vin Sauvage brut, add a half-slice of orange, and serve very cold. At 70 cl, the bottle yields enough to prepare cocktails for a whole family celebration or a wedding.
