Ghislain Laffargue has been cellar master at Dartigalongue since 1990: this harvest is therefore the first he has overseen from start to finish at Nogaro. The nose, very subtle, blends spices, clove and cinnamon, with a hint of mocha. The palate is indulgent, with praline, chocolate and caramel, and a beautiful roundness. This is a vintage that is easy to love, equally enjoyable alongside a chocolate dessert or simply after coffee. The ideal gift for someone born in 1990, or for a couple married that year.
