The pot gascon of 250 cl is the historic large format of Gascony. This one carries the 1997 harvest from Château de Millet, an eau-de-vie from a single year, produced exclusively from the estate's own wines. It aged in cask at the Eauze cellar until bottling, the date of which appears on the label. Sealed in wax, the pot keeps well unopened; once open, it accompanies several celebrations. The eau-de-vie is bottled at 42% vol. and the pot is presented in a wooden gift box.
