clés des ducs Armagnac 1997
- Ageing Vintage 1997, distilled at Panjas, unblended
The spirit in this bottle comes from the 1997 harvest, distilled at Panjas and then left to rest in a single cask, as the house rule for vintages requires. Clés des Ducs, which joined the Armanoir group in 2008, works its vintages through rigorous cask selection, aiming for an Armagnac that is long, rich and smooth, without any overpowering woodiness. A vintage of this age makes an excellent introduction to single-year Armagnac. Exception bottle, 70 cl, 40% vol., cardboard gift box.
