2000 was the first vintage of the twenty-first century, a year marked by France's victory at Euro 2000. In Gascony, the vines yielded a fruity and expressive vintage. Aged for a quarter of a century in Gascon oak casks, these eaux-de-vie now present a youthful, lively profile, with fresh fruit, floral notes and a touch of vanilla.
