This 2009 vintage from Dartigalongue, founded in Nogaro in 1838, is a single-harvest eau-de-vie reduced to 42% vol. On the nose, rounded, with aromas of prunes, spices, candied orange and cinnamon. On the palate, a richly indulgent vintage, with notes of caramelised apple, spices and sandalwood. A fine, lingering finish carried by silky tannins. Presented in a 70 cl bottle with gift box.
