This is the entry point to the range: a Bas-Armagnac of pure Ugni Blanc, born on the golden sands around Eauze, distilled in a single pass and aged three years in oak casks. The estate describes it as pale yellow, with a refined and rich nose of quince, fresh plum and vanilla; the palate is supple and elegant, and the finish remains fresh and fruity. Bottled at 41% vol., it is equally well suited to first-time discovery or long drinks. The estate presents it in a gift box or wooden case.
