Dartigalongue Carafe Jens Réserve

Ageing Blend of a minimum 6 years of age

The 50 cl "Jens" decanter, hand-filled and hand-dressed, is presented in a blue gift box. It contains the Réserve blend from Dartigalongue (minimum 6 years of age): an assemblage of eaux-de-vie that have undergone extended oak cask maturation to develop greater complexity. The fruity notes of younger vintages (baked apple, prunes) marry the spiced notes of the reserve vintages. An Armagnac profile built on freshness, indulgent and deeply appealing.

Serve with Foie gras, pâté en croûte, Brillat-Savarin, aged Gouda, chocolate mousse, 70% dark chocolate
