1925 is the year of the International Exhibition of Decorative Arts in Paris, which gave its name to the Art Deco style. That same year, in Gascogne, the harvest produced this eau-de-vie, made from Ugni Blanc or Baco grown on tawny sands soil and distilled in an Armagnac-type continuous still. It aged for a long time in Limousin oak casks, then was kept at the Château de Bordeneuve. The house of Baron de Sigognac ages each vintage separately and fills its bottles only to order; the bottling date is printed on the back. One hundred and one years have passed since the harvest. 70 cl Cognacaise bottle, presented in a wooden box.
