JEAN CAVÉ BAS-ARMAGNAC VINTAGE 1932

  • Ageing Vintage: single-harvest eau-de-vie from 1932, unblended
  • Cask Large-grain oak, medium char
  • Distillation Continuous

In 1932, the Jean Cavé house had been distilling for nearly half a century in Lannepax. The harvest from that year was passed through a continuous still, then aged in oak casks. No blending: what you taste is the imprint of a single harvest. The Olympe decanter and its wooden arch accompany this 70 cl bottle. A fitting choice for a wedding anniversary from that year, or for a tasting evening where each guest brings their birth year and shares its story around the table.
