Two and a half litres from the same harvest, the 1975, in the pot gascon, the iconic bottle of the region. The format appeals equally to collectors and to families wishing to mark an occasion for years to come. Inside, an eau-de-vie that the estate describes as powerful and smooth, combining vanilla, spices and rancio, with prunes and liquorice on the finish. It matured in the cellars of Eauze until bottling, the date of which appears on the label. Sealed with a wax stamp, it is bottled at 42% vol. and presented in a wooden gift box.
