MILLET ARMAGNAC VINTAGE 1975
- Ageing 1975 vintage, single-harvest eau-de-vie, aged in oak casks at the estate
- Cask French oak casks, aged in the cellars of Château de Millet until bottling
- Grape varieties Baco and Ugni Blanc, grape varieties of the Bas-Armagnac grown on the sandy soils of the estate in Eauze
The estate presents this 1975 in a deep amber, brilliant and clear. The nose is powerful yet suave: vanilla, spices, rancio. The eau-de-vie is round and supple, and the finish, on liquorice and prunes, lingers beautifully. The Dèche family recommends pairing it with a characterful cigar or a dark chocolate dessert. 1975 is also the year of the Veil law in France. A single harvest, aged in Eauze, presented in a 70 cl bottle at 42% vol. and nestled in a wooden gift box.
Serve with a characterful cigar, or a dark chocolate dessert
