BARON DE SIGOGNAC ARMAGNAC VINTAGE 1975
- Cask oak from the Limousin forest
- Grape varieties Ugni Blanc or Baco
- Terroir tawny sands
- Distillation continuous Armagnac-type still
This 1975 belongs to the first harvests of Château de Bordeneuve following the arrival of the Guasch family. It comes from Ugni Blanc or Baco, grown on tawny sands, then distilled in a continuous Armagnac-type still, a slow method which, according to the house, preserves a very rich aromatic bouquet. It was aged in Limousin oak casks. Fifty-one years have passed since the harvest: a bottle for a 51st birthday, a little out of step, but always welcome. 70 cl Cognac-type bottle, in a wooden box.
Serve with best enjoyed as a digestif
