MILLET ARMAGNAC VINTAGE 2002
- Ageing 2002 vintage, single-harvest eau-de-vie, aged in oak casks on the estate
- Cask French oak casks, aged in the cellars of Château de Millet until bottling
- Grape varieties Baco and Ugni Blanc, Bas-Armagnac grape varieties grown on the estate's sandy soils at Eauze
Two landmarks for 2002: on 1 January, euro coins and banknotes entered circulation, and at Château de Millet, Laurence Dèche, the youngest daughter, joined the family estate. She now represents the fifth generation. The 2002 harvest yielded an eau-de-vie distilled on the estate, then aged solely in cask until it was bottled and dated. For someone born in 2002, the 70 cl bottle at 42% vol. comes presented in a wooden gift box.
