MILLET ARMAGNAC VINTAGE 2005
- Ageing Vintage 2005, single-harvest eau-de-vie, aged in oak casks at the estate
- Cask French oak casks, aged in the cellars of Château de Millet until bottling
- Grape varieties Baco and Ugni Blanc, grape varieties of the Bas-Armagnac grown on the estate's sandy soils at Eauze
In 2005, Blanche d'Armagnac, a colourless eau-de-vie that undergoes no oak ageing, became a protected appellation of origin; the Dèche estate has since made it one of its most awarded products. The 2005 harvest itself followed the classic route: distillation at the estate, then ageing in oak casks until bottling, the date of which appears on the label. Presented in a 70 cl bottle at 42% vol., with a wooden gift box.
