Clés des ducs Armagnac 2015

  • Ageing Vintage 2015, single harvest year, unblended
  • Cask Oak casks, light oakiness

From the 2015 harvest, this Clés des Ducs is the youngest vintage from the house offered here: eleven years since the grapes were picked. The eau-de-vie, from a single year, has aged in oak casks without ever being blended. The cellar master selects only the casks that yield a long, smooth Armagnac, with a light oakiness that lets the fruit come forward. A fine starting point for comparing several vintages with friends, or a thoughtful choice for a 2015 birthday. Exception bottle, 70 cl, 40% vol., presented in a cardboard gift box.
