This 8-year-old Bas-Armagnac is made from 100% Folle Blanche, grown on the Castarède estate's own vines. Harvested and distilled in 2006 at between 55 and 62 degrees, it comes from a single cask, number 76, which today stands at 52% vol. This natural strength results solely from the evaporation of the spirit in the cellars, with no reduction whatsoever. A limited edition, presented in a gift box.
