The house's benchmark expression, in its own words. L'Intemporel 12 ans blends eaux-de-vie from the estate, the youngest being 12 years old and the oldest 20, drawn from the four grape varieties grown on the property, with Baco well in the lead. François Laura, the cellar master, describes a deep amber colour, a nose of candied fruit, spices, vanilla, oak and prune, with the pepper contributed by the Colombard, followed by a palate that is elegant, powerful and rich, with a clean and persistent rancio. The house recommends pairing it with roquefort, a tourtière or baked apples. 70 cl, 40% vol.
