JEAN CAVÉ ARMAGNAC 20/20
- Ageing Blend, age statement 20 years
The name says it all: a blend of twenty-year-old eaux-de-vie, signed by the Jean Cavé house in Lannepax. The age statement, the house notes, refers to the youngest spirit in the blend. The colour is bright and clear, with amber highlights; the nose, complex and elegant; the palate, subtle and aromatic, retains a lovely freshness. The finish is harmonious, lingering on gentle spices. Bottled at 43% vol., it is best served as a digestif, after coffee.
