Marcel Trépout
- Location Château Notre Dame
- Appellation Armagnac
The Marcel Trépout Armagnacs originate at Château Notre Dame. In the 1940s, Marcel Trépout took over the cellars of Maison Daroux, which was based in its buildings, and laid the foundations of a house of great Armagnacs made for long ageing.
Its eaux-de-vie age for at least thirty years in oak casks of about 400 litres, each one monitored individually by the cellar master, before being kept in glass demijohns. The house is a member of the Club des Marques.
The houses of Gascony
Each house has its own cellar, its own still and its own way of waiting. We represent them with no middleman.
