1900 was the year of the Paris Olympic Games and the very first edition of the Michelin Guide. This eau-de-vie from the same harvest, made from Ugni Blanc and Baco grown on tawny sands, was distilled in an Armagnac continuous still at 56%. It spent at least sixty years in oak casks, then forty years in demijohn, before joining the reserves of Château de Bordeneuve, near Eauze, where the Guasch family has watched over the very old vintages of Baron de Sigognac since 1974. One hundred and twenty-six years now separate that harvest from 2026. Presented in a 70 cl crystal decanter, at 40% vol., in its Grand Prestige gift box with certificate of authenticity, it is a collector's piece.
