BARON DE SIGOGNAC ARMAGNAC VINTAGE 1977
- Cask Oak
- Grape varieties Ugni Blanc, Baco
The 1977 harvest was distilled and aged at Château de Bordeneuve, three years after the Guasch family took over the estate. Forty-nine years on, it presents itself as a mature Armagnac, ready to be shared. Production at the domaine remains modest, around fifty casks a year according to the house, which explains the rarity of each vintage. For a loved one's 49th birthday, it is an elegant way to herald the coming half-century. 70 cl bottle at 40% vol., delivered in a wooden box.
