This 1995 vintage is an eau-de-vie from a single harvest, distilled at Panjas and aged in oak casks, with no blending. Thirty-one years on, it lends itself equally to a birthday celebration or a tasting among enthusiasts curious to compare years. At Clés des Ducs, a house whose history dates back to 1774 and which today belongs to the Armanoir group, the cellar master selects the casks to preserve length and roundness, with a deliberately understated oakiness. The 70 cl Exception bottle is bottled at 40% vol. and comes in its cardboard gift box.
