This Bas-Armagnac vintage 1996 from Château de Millet, in a 150 cl magnum, is an eau-de-vie from a single harvest year, vinified and distilled at the estate by the Dèche family, who have been grower-producers in Eauze for five generations. The house's 2026 catalogue describes it as follows: a complex nose with smoky and spiced notes, almost exotic nuances on swirling (curry); a palate of pleasing smoothness and great balance; a finish of aromatic intensity that delivers length and character. The vineyard is managed according to sustainable farming practices and holds Haute Valeur Environnementale level 3 certification. Each vintage is available in 20 cl, 50 cl, 70 cl, magnum and Gascon pot of 2.5 l, with a wooden gift box as an option.
