- Cask French oak casks, aged in the cellars of Château de Millet until bottling
- Grape varieties Baco and Ugni Blanc, Bas-Armagnac grape varieties grown on the estate's sandy soils at Eauze
The 2001 from the Dèche family is a single-vintage eau-de-vie, drawn from the Baco and Ugni Blanc vines the estate cultivates at Eauze. Vinified and distilled on site, these wines yielded an eau-de-vie that matured in oak casks until bottling, the date of which is recorded on the label. A wax seal then preserves its aromas. Presented in a 70 cl bottle at 42% vol., in a wooden gift box.
