DELORD ARMAGNAC VINTAGE 2005
- Ageing Eau-de-vie from the 2005 harvest alone, aged in oak casks
- Cask Oak casks, in the house's cellars at Lannepax (Gers)
Twenty-one years: that is the age of this 2005 harvest, distilled at Lannepax when Sylvain and Jérôme Delord had already taken over from their father. Like all the house's vintages, it comes from a single year and has never been blended. The house recommends serving the Armagnac in a balloon glass, taking a moment to observe its colour, then nosing it before tasting. Bottled at 40% vol., this 70 cl basquaise is presented in a wooden case.
Serve with Neat, or alongside a cigar, a chocolate dessert or an arabica coffee, as the house suggests
