Dartigalongue Elixir 32 Armagnac and Prune Liqueur

Elixir 32 brings together two emblems of Gascony: Dartigalongue's Bas-Armagnac, aged in oak casks, and the Agen prune. An infusion of Ceylon black tea and a maceration of spices complete the recipe, adding herbal notes, a gentle bitterness and freshness on the palate. On the nose and palate you will find prune, spices, black tea, smoky oak and caramelised fruit. The texture is velvety and the sweetness restrained, never heavy. Enjoy it neat and well chilled, straight from the fridge, or over ice. The house also suggests a Spritz 32: in a large wine glass full of ice, 2 cl of Elixir 32, 2 cl of rosé Floc de Gascogne and 5 cl of sparkling wine, with a slice of lemon and a slice of orange.

Serve with Neat and well chilled, over ice, or as a Spritz 32 with rosé Floc and sparkling wine
