How it is made

Château de Millet's Blanche is Armagnac at birth, straight from the still: a pure, colourless eau-de-vie that has never seen oak. Both powerful and remarkably fine, it surprises with its complexity and character: fruity notes of plum and candied melon, and vine blossom.

Serving: ice-cold with smoked salmon, as a Gascon "trou" between courses, neat as an aperitif, or as a long drink, especially with lime. Blanche Tonic: 4 cl of well-chilled Blanche over ice, 15 cl of soda and a lime zest.

Awards: Gold Medal, Talents de l'Armagnac 2022; Grand Jury Prize, Talents de l'Armagnac 2025; Gold Medal, Concours Général Agricole Paris 2025. In December 2024, Le Figaro Vin hailed a first: a blanche ranked ahead of aged Armagnacs.
