BARON DE SIGOGNAC ARMAGNAC VINTAGE 1926
- Cask Limousin oak
- Grape varieties Ugni Blanc or Baco
- Terroir Bas-Armagnac, tawny sands
- Distillation continuous Armagnac still
One hundred years in 2026: this eau-de-vie from the 1926 harvest marks a centenary to the letter, or a family's memory. Made from Ugni Blanc or Baco grown on the tawny sands of Bas-Armagnac and distilled in the continuous Armagnac still, it aged for decades in Limousin oak casks before joining the reserves of the Château de Bordeneuve, where Baron de Sigognac keeps each of its vintages separate. The Guasch family, owners of the château since 1974, watch over these very old years. The 70 cl bottle is filled to order; the bottling date appears on the back. Delivered in a wooden box.
