This magnum brings together in a 150 cl pot gascon the 1980 harvest from Delord. The format invites sharing, and the vintage invites conversation: hyacinth, violet and citrus on the nose, quince, prune and roasted notes on the palate, followed by a long, warming finish, according to the house tasting notes. Distilled at Lannepax, this eau-de-vie was never blended into an assembly. Bottled at 40% vol., it is presented in a wooden case.
