1981, the year of the first TGV service between Paris and Lyon. At Domaine Dèche, the harvest yielded an eau-de-vie that the house describes as complex and refined, with notes of exotic woods on the nose. On the palate, it shows a pleasant smoothness, fine balance and an aromatic intensity that gives it length and character. It was awarded a gold medal at the Concours de Toulouse in 2007. A single vintage, aged in cask at Eauze. For those born in 1981, a 70 cl bottle at 42% vol., presented in a wooden gift box.
