MILLET ARMAGNAC VINTAGE 1981 POT GASCON 250 cl

  • Ageing Vintage 1981, single-harvest eau-de-vie, aged in oak casks at the estate
  • Cask French oak casks, aged in the cellars of Château de Millet until bottling
  • Grape varieties Baco and Ugni Blanc
  • Awards Gold Medal, Concours de Toulouse 2007

The pot gascon, a rounded 250 cl flagon, is the most Gascon way to preserve a vintage. This one holds the 1981 harvest from the Dèche family, an eau-de-vie with a nose of exotic woods, a full and suave palate, honoured with a gold medal at the 2007 Toulouse competition. Sealed in wax, it retains its full aromatic range until the day it is opened. The bottling date appears on the label. Like all the domain's vintages, it is bottled at 42% vol., and comes with a wooden gift box.
