The house sums up the 2004 in two words: finesse and great aromatic complexity. With a lovely bright, golden-hued robe, it opens on notes of candied fruit and prune, then reveals more unexpected aromas of nutmeg and straw. It comes from pure Ugni Blanc, slowly distilled in Bordeneuve's copper column stills, and is bottled at cask strength, here 49.6% vol. A wooden case is included.
