BARON DE SIGOGNAC ARMAGNAC VINTAGE 2013
- Cask oak from the Limousin forest
- Grape varieties Ugni Blanc or Baco
- Terroir tawny sands
- Distillation continuous Armagnac-type still
Baron de Sigognac 2013 is an Armagnac from a single harvest, that of 2013, distilled in a continuous Armagnac-type still and aged in oak casks from the Limousin forest. It comes from tawny sands, with Ugni Blanc or Baco. Its attack, softer than one might expect, makes it a pleasant bottle to share. It is a fine gift idea for a birth in 2013, to be kept for example until the child's 18th birthday, or for a birthday. At 40% vol., the 70 cl bottle is presented in its Baron de Sigognac wooden case.
