Dartigalongue Pruneaux à l'Armagnac
At Dartigalongue, the recipe has not changed in generations: Armagnac, Agen prunes, house-brewed black tea and sugar syrup. Each 70 cl jar contains 24 to 26 prunes, at 18% vol. They pair beautifully with foie gras, enrich a stuffing for fillet of pork or duck breast, or can be served over vanilla ice cream, drizzled with their own syrup.
