Pruneaux d'Agen IGP, produced by drying the Ente plum grown in the South-West of France, are macerated here in a liqueur made with that year's Armagnac, selected for its fruitiness and vivacity, a few grams of sugar, and the Delord family's well-kept secret, faithful to a grandmother's recipe. 70 cl jar in a gift box, 18% vol. Best enjoyed at the end of a meal or over vanilla ice cream.
