Sixty years of marriage is a diamond wedding anniversary; sixty years of age is also that of this 1966 eau-de-vie. For a couple or a birthday, it offers the right date and a story to tell: that of a Gascon harvest kept at Château de Bordeneuve, never joining a blend. Born of Ugni Blanc or Baco on tawny sands soils, distilled in a continuous Armagnac-type still, it has aged in Limousin oak casks. Baron de Sigognac only fills its bottles when the order is placed, so the Armagnac remains in cask until the last moment. 70 cl format, delivered in a wooden box, with the bottling date on the back.
