JEAN CAVÉ BAS-ARMAGNAC VINTAGE 1971

  • Ageing Vintage: eau-de-vie from the 1971 harvest alone, unblended
  • Cask 'Gros grains' oak, medium toast
  • Distillation Continuous

This 1971 vintage retains the full force of the cellar: 49.6% vol. Jean Cavé distilled it in a continuous still, then left it to age in a thick-grained oak cask, without ever blending it. A bottle for the enthusiast, to be enjoyed in small measure after a meal, to mark a birth, a wedding anniversary or any anniversary from that year.
