A 150 cl pot gascon for the 1975 harvest, which the Delord family holds in high enough regard to include it in their Création assemblages. Shared among a group, you will take the time to recognise hyacinth and violet on the nose, cherry stone and almond, then verbena and light tobacco on the palate, as the house tasting notes describe. Fifty-one years of age, a single vintage, 40% vol.: a celebratory format, presented in a wooden case.
