BARON DE SIGOGNAC ARMAGNAC VINTAGE 1991
- Cask Limousin oak
- Grape varieties Ugni Blanc or Baco
- Terroir Tawny sands soil
- Distillation continuous Armagnac-style still
Thirty-five years of marriage are marked by the coral anniversary, and the hue of an Armagnac of this age is not so far from it. This 1991 harvest was born of tawny sands, from Ugni Blanc or Baco, distilled in a continuous Armagnac-style still, then aged in Limousin oak casks at Château de Bordeneuve, in the cellars where Baron de Sigognac keeps its years one by one. The couple can open it on the day itself and return to it on every anniversary that follows. The house tasting note is given below. Presented in a 70 cl Cognac-style bottle.
Serve with best enjoyed as a digestif
