The 1995 harvest was distilled and aged at Château de Bordeneuve, in Bas-Armagnac, on tawny sands. Thirty-one years later, this Armagnac made from Ugni Blanc or Baco, distilled in a continuous Armagnac-type still and then aged in Limousin oak casks, sits midway between the liveliness of young vintages and the depth of the oldest. It can be served with a cocoa dessert or a coffee, to highlight the finish. It is presented in a 70 cl Cognac-style bottle.
