2005 will be remembered for the legendary Champions League final in Istanbul and the launch of YouTube. In Gascony, the vines yielded a fresh and expressive vintage. After two decades of ageing in Gascon oak casks, these eaux-de-vie display a youthful, fruit-forward profile, with notes of flowers and fresh fruit, and are still very much evolving.
